CPS IS ENCOURAGING THE PAS:KIDS HAVENT SPOKEN TO ME BASICALLY SINCE THEY WERE TAKEN 10 MONTHS AGO, AND ENCOURAGED TO DO SO BY THEIR CPS COUNSELOR

WHAT I HAVE DISCOVERED IN THE MIDST OF ALL OF THIS IS FRIGHTENING. WHEN CPS TOOK MY KIDS ONLY 14 DAYS OR SO AFTER LIVING HERE IN FLORIDA, THEY SENT THEM TO AN AUNT IN FT. LAUDERDALE; MY DEAD HUSBAND'S SISTER. WEEKLY VISITS FOR ONE HOUR WERE ESTABLISHED, BUT I JUST FOUND A LETTER WRITTEN IN DECEMBER (THEY WERE TAKEN IN LATE SEPT 06) BEGGING FOR VISITS AND IT STATES CLEARLY IN THE LETTER THAT CPS IS ABUSING MY CHILDREN. THEY WERE APUTATING OUR ALREADY FRAGILE RELATIONSHIP, WE JUST MOVED HERE TO LAKE CITY FLORIDA ON SEPT 11, 06. CPS OHIO "LET US GO" ENCOURAGING US TO GO, TAKING THEM AWAY FROM MY PARENTS WHO BEGAN CALLING CPS MALICIOUSLY IN MAY OR JUNE OF 2006. WE LIVED IN A VERY NICE HOUSE, MAIDS INCLUDED, I HAD A VISITING NURSE WHO CAME AND HELPED ME A FEW TIMES A WEEK, ESPECIALLY AFTER THE CAR WRECK I HAD IN AUGUST 05, IN WHICH I BROKE MY COLLARBONE, CRUSHED HIP, TRANSVERSE FRACTURE OF SPINE (which I already had six neck surgeries from 1996 through 2003 due to disk degenrative disease). I lost alot of weight, going through at least 12 teeth/jaw/mouth surgeries and reconstruction because I went through the windshield.
I was single from October 2002 through July 2006. My husband died *their dad, in 2002. My parents moved in with me; I was a professor at Augusta State University (see www.aug.edu/~mbaugus
I was very lonely and depressed; but when Don died in 02, my parents moved in with me in Augusta; they sold their house and we proceeded to buy two houses next to each other in LIBERTY TOWNSHIP OHIO. IT WAS THE BEST SCHOOL DISTRICT. MY PARENTS BEGAN CONTROLLING ME AND THE KIDS SEVERELY. MY KIDS AND I NEEDED SPACE; BUT THEY MOVED IN! MY PSYCHIATRIST, DR. RIVELL, WHO I SAW IN AUGUSTA AFTER DON DIED KNOWS THAT I WAS QUITE UPSET AT MY PARENTS NOT LEAVING. THEY DIDNT STAY FOR FEAR OF ABUSE; THEY STAYED BECAUSE THEY ARE SICK AND WANTED THE GREED OF MONEY THAT WAS LEFT TO ME AND THEY EVEN BEGAN TRADING THAT. MY DAD TOOK FULL CONTROL OF FINANCES AND I BECAME A LITTLE GIRL AGAIN, THE "FIGURE MOTHER" WHILE MY OWN PARENTS BECAME ENMESHED WITH MY FAMILY. IN MARCH 03 I EVEN HAD SURGERY TO REMOVE HARDWARE IN NECK BECAUSE I WAS LEAVING MY SURGEON AND GOING TO OHIO. I SHOULD NEVER HAVE DONE THAT. MY PARENTS, THE MINUTE I GOT TO OHIO IN AUGUST 03 IN MY NEW HOUSE WITH AN UPSTAIRS FOR MY FOUR KIDS, BEGAN THE PROCESS OF BELITTLING MY PARENTING, ETC. HOWEVER, WE ALL GOT ALONG UNTIL I MET BRIAN, A GOV"T WORKER, CHAPLAIN IN THE ARMY, NOW A POSTAL WORKER AND HE HAS TWO KIDS THE SAME AGE AS MINE, 12 13 14 15
I met him, and we dated and even went on vacation in 06 with my parents. We then married in July 06. THe gloves came off. CPS OHIO WAS CALLED MALICIOUSLY OVER 22 times. I was even falsely arrested for slappng my daughter after the kids came home one night from my parents. My mom told them we can't move, she is dying of aneurism. THAT IS SICK TO DO TO MY KIDS; THEY FELT THAT IF WE MOVED, THEY WOULD MAKE MOM DIE. VERY CONTROLLING. ON MOVING DAY, MY NURSE WAS AT MY OHIO HOUSE, AND SHE KNOWS MY PARENTS DROVE BY CONSTANTLY YELLING CALLING CPS. CPS WORKER WAS EVEN OVER DUE TO THE NUMBER OF CALLS.
SO WE GET DOWN HERE, SAFE AND SOUND. THE KIDS IMMEDIATLELY BEGAN SCHOOL AND THEY ARE STRAIGHT A STUDENTS AND NEVER MISSED DAY OF SCHOOL IN YEARS ( I FOUND ALL THE REPORT CARDS THIS WEEK! I HAD GIVEN THEM TO CPS TO COOPERATE BECAUSE ONE OF ALLEGATIONS IS MY KIDS MISSED SCHOOL TO DO CHORES, AND THEY DID CHORES 24/7). HOWEVER, THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE: I HAD MAIDS, A NURSE, AND ALL WERE ON CONTINOUS REC AND SCHOOL BASEBALL, SOFTBALL, BASKETBALL, SWIM TEAMS AND CONSTANT PRACTICES. WHEN THE KDIS GOT TAKEN; THEY WENT TO SCHOOL, THEIR NEW SCHOOL, AND CPS CALLED ME AND SAID THEY AREN'T COMING HOME. THE THREE GIRLS HAD A PLAN: BY NOW THEY wERE PRETTY SURE THEY WOULD GO BACK TO OHIO IF THEY SAID THEY WERE SUICIDAL, HOWEVER, THEY WENT TO THE AUNTS. I FORGOT TO SAY, THEY BRING IN CLOSE TO 5K A MONTH. SINCE I GOT ON DISABILITY AFTER HUSBAND DIED, I COULDNT TAKE GRIEF, WORKING AND BEING A MOM FOR FOUR KIDS UNDER 10 AT THAT TIME AND MY PARENTS LIVING WITH ME. I HAD TO GET ON DISABILITY LONG TERM AT THAT POINT. I WAS IN THE PROCESS DUE TO A DECEMBER 01 SURGERY WHICH LEFT ME IN WHEELCHAIR. I DID LEARN TO WALK IN 02, AND LOTS OF PRAYERS AND P.T., SO DON GOT JOB AS TRUCKER. THAT'S HOW HE DIED.
SO MY KIDS WERE ADAPTING HERE, BUT WE NEEDED A FEW MORE WEEkS AND THEY WOULD REALIZE THAT WE ARE THE PARENTS, NOT MY MOM AND DAD. WE HAD A NICE DISTANCE NOW.
CPS TOOK THEM WITHING 14 DAYS OR SO. THE ENTIRE CASE PLAN HAS BEEN SABATOGED. I EVEN SUBMITTED TO A PSYCHOLOGICAL EARLIER THIS YEAR. REMEMBER, I HAVE BEEN SEEING A PSCYHIATRIST FOR DEPRESSION, SO I KNEW I WASN"T DIAGNOSED WITH ANYTHING. AFTER 8 HOURS OF TESTING, THE CPS PSYCHOLOIGT LABELED ME PERSONALITY DISORDER NOS, A GARBAGE CAN OF MENTAL DISORDERS!! ALSO, OF COURSE I HAD TO DO URINES BECAUSE I AM ACCUSED OF BEING ALCOHOLIC, ALTHOUGH I HAVENT DRANK IN YEARS. I STRUGGLED WITH IT IN COLLEGE AND AFTER COLLEGE SOMEWHAT, BUT THE LAST TIME I DRANK AT ALL WAS 7 YEARS AGO. I HAVE BEEN ON PAIN MEDS DUE TO THE NUMBER OF SURGERIES, BRITTLE BONE DISEASE, ETC, BUT HIGHLY HIGHLY MONTIRED CLINICS. CPS OVERSTEPS BOUNDAIRES AND TELLS ME NOW THAT MY URINES DON"T COUNT BECAUSE THEY WEre CLEAN; I MADE SURE OF THAT. I EVEN STOPPED TAKING PAIN MEDS TO PROVE I AM NOT ADDICTED. THEY STATE THAT DUE TO THAT, I HAVE A PROBLEM. THIS ENTIRE CASE HAS BEEN A DISASTER> FOR SOME REASON THEY WANT THE AUNT TO HAVE THEM INSTEAD OF ME, THEIR OWN MOTHER. THEY LOVE THE STEPDAD BRIAN, WELL, NOT ANY MORE. PAS KIDS START TO HATE EVERYONE THAT THE TARGETED PARENT ALLIES WITH. NOW THE AUNT HATES ME TOO.
THE STATE GIVES ME ONE MORE MONTH UNTIL AUGUST , AND THEY SAID IF I WASn"T RIGHT (I AM A CHRISTIAN, LAW ABIDING, MOM WHO HAS DEVOTED MY LIFE TO THESE KIDS). MY CAREER AS PROFESSOR OF FAMILY THERAPY I CAN NEVER DO AGIAN SINCE I AM LABELED A CHILD ABUSER, I HAVE BEEN FALSELY ARRESTED IN OHIO RIGHT BEFORE WE MOVED HERE FOR HITTING MY DAUGHTER, BUT THAT CASE WAS EVENTUALLY DISMISSED IN JAN 07, SO I HAD TO HIRE LAWYERS ON WAY OUT OF TOWN WITH THE MOVING VAN!!
I SPENT A NIGHT IN JAIL IN OHIO THE SAME DAY I HAD FOUR OR FIVE MOUTH IMPLANTS. THE DETECTIVE LAMBERTS KNEW I WAS INNOCENT AND WAITED A WEEK FROM THE INCIDENT TO ARREST ME. MY DAD KEPT CALLING AND CALLING. CPS INVESTIGATED AND FOUND CHARGE TO BE FALSE, BUT THE DETECTIVE SAID HE HAD TO ARREST ME DUE TO OJ SIMPSON..WHAT????
I AM A 90 POUND WOMAN, WITH BROKEN ARM, NECK, HIP, ETC.
I HAVE LOST TONS OF MONEY DUE TO LAYWERS HERE WHO HAVE ME TAKE PSYCHOLOGiCALS AND HAVE ME TAKE DRUG SCREENS> I FEEL THEY ARE IN COLLABORATION WITH CPS. I EVEN HIRED A NEW LAwYEr TO HOPEFULLY GET THE HEARING ON JULY 11 STOPPED, THEY WERE TAKING MY KIDS THAT DAY FOR GOOD BECAUSE "THEY DONT WANT TO COME HOME". ALSO I HAVENT COMPLETED MY SPECIAL COUNSELING WITH SOMEONE WHo DOES PERSONALITY DISORDERS NOS. AT COURT I SAID OKAY I WLL, AND THEY IMMEDIATELY TOOK THEIR PAPERWORK TO THAT COUNSELOR!! SEE EVERYTHING, ALL THE LETTERS AND PAPERWORK MY DAD HAS SENT CPS, I HAVENT SEEN. I HAVE NEVER FACED MY ALLEGATIONS. IT"S THE KIDS WORDS AGAINST MINE. THE STORIES KEEP CHANGING, AND THE KIDS' STORIES GET MORE BIZARRE.
I HAVE SHOWED ALL THIS TO CPS.
THEY ARE ENABLING THE PAS SO MUCH, NOW THE AUNT, WHO IS MARRIED TO A CAR SALESMAN, IS DRIVING 2 MERCEDEZ, FROM A VOLKSWAGEN. MEANWHILE, I AM REALLY NEEDING MY INCOME BACK FOR MY SURGERIES THAT ARE INCOMPLETE. MY PARENTS STATED THAT IF I MOVED THAT THEY WOULD DESTROY ME FINANCILALY AND TURN EVERYONE IN MY LIFE AGAINST ME, AND THEY HAVE> MY KIDS LIED AND NOW THEY ARE VERY SCARED OF ME. MY SON IS OVER SIX FOOT FOUR, MY DAUGHTERS ARE ACCOMPLISHED ATHLETES. I AM VERY THIN, VERY TRAUMATIZED, AND NOW UNABLE TO WORK IN M Y FIELD. I WILL BE USED BY GOD TO EXPOSE THIS CORRUPTION. THE KIDS WILL NEED INTENSE PAS COUNSELING, WHICH THEY ARENT GETTING. THEIR COUNSELOR HAS THEM WRITE HATE LETTERS TO THE JUDGE. THEY CAME TO THE JULY 11 HEARING AND WERE GOING TO TESTIFY AGAINST ME. MY BABY, AGE 12, WAS SLEEPING WITH ME A FEW NIGHTS bEFORE SHE WAS TAKEN. MY SON IS MY PRIDE AND JOY. MY MIDDLE DAUGHTERS ARE SO GIFTED IN SPORTS AND ACADEMICS AND ARE GOOD KIDS. HOW DID THEY GET THAT WAY/
CPS HAD IT IN THEIR MINDS THAT I WAS UNFIT.
I HAVE SEVERAL PEOPLE ON MY LIST TO SUE;
STARTING WITH OHIO CPS WHO KNEW THAT THE ALLEGATIONS WERE FALSE. ALSO MY PARENTS SAVED CHORE LISTS I WROTE FOR THE KIDS, THEY DID ABOUT 10 MINUTES A DAY, AND I WAS FRUSTRATED. WHY SAVE THEM, WERE THEY SETTING ME UP?
WHY CALL ON YOUR OWN DISABLED DAUGHTER? HORRIBLE. MALICIOUS. EVIL AND SAD;
WHY TRY TO TELL MY HUSBAND THAT I AM NOT WORTHY TO MARRY AND HARD TO LIVE WITH.
MY KIDS ARE ISOLATED IN FT. LAUDERDALE, BUT THAT IS THEIR LITTLE HEAVEN.
I HAVE BEEN BACK TO OHIO TO VISIT BRIANS KIDS SEVERAL TIMES. CPS CALLED THE EX WIFE AND TOLD HER IF I EVER SEE HIS KIDS, THEY TOO WILL BE TAKEN. SO HER PLANS OF MOVING HERE NEAR US ARE ON HOLD. CPS IN FLORIDA IS SO CORRUPT AND WE NEED TO GET OUR KIDS BACK. THEY ENABLE PAS AND ARE CORRUPT. PLEASE HELP ME AND VISIT

This letter is to inform you of this case and what has occurred.
We didn’t move here until mid- September. Jackie Scott, CPI, went to their schools, interviewed them and then took them to the Gainesville Center where the kids told of horrible abuse, such as cleaning their windows, chores, picking up rocks. They also stated I would hit them, which is physically impossible, and I am not that type of disciplinarian. I came here in July 2006 for Brian’s job and to locate a house and we got married. Upon return from our wedding in the courthouse, my parents were very upset and started the calls right that day. The calls started in July 06 in Ohio. Brian works for the government for over 20 years, and he is on 38. He has worked as a chaplain in the army protecting our country and the soldiers, and then he has worked at the Post Office. He is a Christian, stable, down-to-earth, loving, supportive man. He even has forgiven my parents for what they have done. Thank God the kids love him. He is in process of getting his pastor license. Instead you give my kids to an Aunt and a 62 year old uncle who is never around. Who is better for my 15 year old son, a 37 year old man who knows and loves him, or his uncle, who has his own agenda? UNCLE BOB WOULDN’T LET THE KIDS STAY IF IT WASN’T FOR THE MONEY.

The plan, as everyone knows, was for them to go back to Ohio; my parents have an abnormal attachment to them and have been plotting to get them back up there since I remarried in 06 and moved here. They threatened me in Ohio that if I moved, they would get custody of the kids. They proceeded and called CPS in OHIO over 20 times. On moving day, Children Protective Services stayed at my house because the calls kept flying into their phone service. So they actually helped me pack. They found no evidence of abuse, but did write that we should receive counseling when we moved here so the kids, who are straight A students and are on at least two to three teams at a time (softball, swim, basketball), could adjust to a normal family, a mom and dad, without interference from family. My parents have written numerous letters to Partnership, and I need those letters because I want to sue them for maliciously using the system and slandering me. THIS IS MALICIOUS AND THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST DEGREE OF THE LAW. I HAVE THE CPS REPORT FROM OHIO: NOWHERE IS IT LISTED THAT I AM AN ABUSER; AFTER 22 VISITS TO THE HOUSE, THEY ACTUALLY HELPED ME PACK. THEY DID A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION AND STATED WE NEEDED FAMILY THERAPY TO GET OVER MY PARENTS COMPLETE BRAINWASHING OF MY KIDS. My mother even told them she was dying of an aneurism in July. That is when my child got out of hand and I sent her to her room; I never slapped her. But the next day she was very upset at school, and my dad called the cops blaming it on me. Eventually after a week of police phone calls, I was arrested, which now hinders me from getting a job because my field is CHILDREN AND FAMILIES REUNIFICATION. I AM A LICENSED THERAPIST IN FAMILY MEDIATION AND THERAPY. I DON’T SPLIT FAMILIES UP. AT ALL COSTS, MY PROFFESIONAL DUTY IS TO KEEP FAMILIES TOGETHER. WHAT IS YOUR DUTY?

AFTER THE NIGHT IN JAIL, WE IMMEDIATELY MOVED, WITH CPS HELPING. I HAD TO RETURN FOR THE HEARING, AND IT WAS DISMISSED.
I never even spanked my child, let alone slap, etc. YOUR OWN PSYCHOLOGICAL FOUND THAT I AM NOT A CHILD ABUSER. AND MY TWO PSYCHIATRIST, HARVARD DEGREED, VERY HIGH UP DOCTORS, HAVE WRITTEN LETTERS STATING I AM NOT AN ABUSER AND THAT MY KIDS SUFFER FROM THE TUG OF WAR FROM MY PARENTS, RESULTING IN PAS, PARENTAL ALIENTATION SYNDROME, YET YOU REFUSE TO GET THEM OUTSIDE HELP, BECAUSE YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE EXPOSED.

We didn’t move here until Sept. 15 or 16, but my parents, Harvey and Sandi Manhal maliciously called you to inform you that we were moving here. That was Sept. 2 06. So you took the third party word and never even came to our house to interview me. I weigh 87 pounds as you now know, have had six neck surgeries, over 25 mouth surgeries due to the car wreck in 05 when I went through windshield. I have been under doctors care since 1996 to present for spinal cord injuries, and in 2001 I was a quadrapalegic. My husband died in 02, the kids dad, in a trucking accident. By 03 we moved to Ohio right next to my parents who then became enmeshed with my family. As you know, my kids bring in about 5k a month, and I was a good, Christian steward of the money. That money is mine, too, wrapped up into theirs. That’s how we planned it with social security; I see now that it was dad’s scheme to wrap their money up so that when they got the kids, they would be rich. This scheme has been going on for years. I was never good enough for my parents and now I am not good enough for my kids. I have a doctorate in family therapy and devoted my life to making people’s lives better www.aug.edu/~mbaugus

You took my kids without looking at our clean, big, lovely neighborhood and looking at me, a broken up person with neck brace, teeth brace, arm sling, and weigh under 100 pounds. I AM NOT AN IMMINENT DANGER TO MY KIDS. YOU ERRONEOUSLY TOOK THEM ON EMOTIONS. MY PARENTS HAD CALLED CPS IN OHIO OVER 22 times, and I have all that documentation. CPS OHIO STAYED AT OUR HOUSE ON MOVING DAY DUE TO SHEER NUMBER OF CALLS. MY PARENTS WERE TRYING EVERYTHING TO STOP US FROM MOVING.

THIS CASE HAS BEEN MISHANDLED FROM THE BEGINNING. THE DAY YOU TOOK THEM, JACKIE, CPS WORKER, DEMANDED THAT I GIVE YOU BRIANS EX-WIFES PHONE NUMBER AND YOU CALLED HER TO TELL HER THAT IF HIS KIDS COME DOWN, MY KIDS STEP-BROTHER AND SISTER, YOU WOULD TAKE THEM, TOO. THIS GOT THE EX WIFE, WHO USED TO LIKE ME AND WE ALL HAD SIX KIDS A LOT OF TIMES ALL OF US TOGETHER AMICABALLY, TO NOW A VERY VERY STRAINED RELATIONSHIP. YOU HAVE DESTROYED OVER 40 LIVES. WHO WILL BE THERE FOR THE KIDS WHEN THEY ARE 18? THEY ARE ALONE; THEY DON’T HAVE FAMILY. BRIAN HAS THE HUGE FAMILY. THE KIDS HAVE TWO STEP SIBLINGS WHO MISS THEM.

BRIAN HAS KIDS, LOTS OF COUSINS, A BROTHER HERE IN THE AIR FORCE WHO HAS KIDS AGES 14 and 16. HE IS WILLING TO TAKE OUR KIDS FOR AWHILE. HE LIVES ON THE AIR FORCE BASE. THAT WAY, WE CAN DEVELOP A RELATIONSHIP WITH MY KIDS. YOU HAVE TOTALLY EMPOWERED THESE PAS (PARENTAL ALIENATION SYNDROME) CHILDREN TO THE POINT THEY HAVE THE POWER TO CHOOSE TO SEE ME OR NOT. WHERE IS THE FAMILY THERAPY? WHERE IS THE INTENSIVE THERAPY FOR MY KIDS THAT THE JUDGE ORDERED? FOR THEIR PSYCH EVAL, ALL KIDS CAME OUT VERY DEPRESSED AND ANXIOUS, I GUESS SO, THEY HAVE MADE A HORRIBLE CHOICE TO LIVE ISOLATED IN FT. LAUDERDALE WITH THEIR AUNT. LIKE YOU SAID, THEY LOVE ME NO MATTER WHAT, BUT YOUR SYSTEM HAS ENCOURAGED THEM AND EMPOWERED THEM NOT TO SPEAK TO ME. THEY HANG UP ON ME FOR THE THURSDAY NIGHT PHONE CALLS. THE AUNT IS RUNNING THEM AROUND TO ALL THEIR SPORTS AND THEIR ACTIVITIES. THE UNCLE DOESN’T HELP. WHICH HOME WOULD BE BETTER.

After the last court hearing, the judge stated we could meet the kids halfway in Orlando. The trip to Ft. Lauderdale is contraindicative to my health, and I can not drive it alone. Brian works on Saturdays very early at the Post Office, so the judge granted visits. The visits in Ft. Lauderdale were not even established until after David Sutton, my first caseworker, resigned or was fired. That was during the holidays. He finally gave me the number to Chandra, the courtesy worker in Ft. Lauderdale. Three visits were attempted after that. The Aunt who currently has them stated several times ( I call her daily, but I receive one call about every 12 days from her, so I do not know how my kids are REALLY DOING) that “it wasn’t a convenient time, wait until after the holidays, wait until after school is out, etc.”. I attempted three times. The last visit was around April, and the kids finally talked to me for over an hour. The other two visits were horrible, they didn’t get out of the car and the worker got an emergency phone call, so we saw them for four minutes after driving 12 hours and paying about 130 dollars in gas and tolls. The next visit was at a visitation center with the kids stating they don’t want to see me. I walked by them and they sneered and were empowered to do so by the counselor, Kathleen O Malley. She has been “on their side” since they were taken after only 14 days of living in this state and they were taken from a call from my parents BEFORE WE MOVED HERE.

So after the last court hearing with the judge here, it was determined that the kids get individual intense psychotherapy, but they have not. Acutally that was recommended THE DAY THEY WERE TAKEN. THREE GIRLS CLAIMED THEY WERE SUICIDAL..THAT WAS PUT IN THEIR HEADS BY MY PARENTS, again only 13 days after we lived here. The only therapy they received is from Kathleen, who is paid by Partnership, so there is a vested interest in keeping my kids alienated from me.

I agreed to a psychological, even though my previous psychiatrist, Dr. Wu, wrote an outstanding letter for me stating I put my kids first, which I did after their dad died in 02. I was a Professor at Augusta State of Family and School Counseling. After their dad died (we were together over 15 years), I actually moved next door to my parents in Ohio. I helped them buy their house. We were close, but they were using me. I am in poor health, and not once did they help me; I hired a visiting nurse for daily care. The kids didn’t help me either. I hired maids for them.

The psychological didn’t find anything, even after 8 hours of testing, yet she came up with the conclusion I should never have visits with my kids. She erroneously stated that my previous psychiatrists, Dr. WU AND DR. MAHTRE, BOTH HAVE WRITTEN LETTERS TESTIFYING THAT I AM A GREAT MOM, DID EVERYTHING FOR MY KIDS, AND SUFFER FROM DEPRESSION DUE TO MY CIRCUMSTANCES, THAT IS WHY PREVIOUS MEDICATIONS NEVER WORKED BUT WERE TRIED. ALSO THE MEDS ARE IN CONJUCTION WITH MY PAIN DR. TEAM OF DOCTORS TO HELP WITH THE FIBROMALGIA AND ALL THE DAMAGED NERVES IN MY SPINAL CORD. YOUR PSYCHOLOGIST HAD NO CLUE AS TO WHAT THESE PREVIOUS MEDS WERE FOR. AND I NO LONGER TAKE THEM: I HAVENT IN YEARS. THE SEROQUIL AND OTEHRS WERE TAKEN WHEN I WAS UNDERGOING SURGERIES, BUT YOUR PSYCHOLOGISTS TRIED TO STATE I TOOK THEM BECAUSE I MUST BE MENTAL. AFTER HOURS OF TESTING, SHE COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING, NOT ONE THING, FOR AXIS I!!!
My current therapist, Dr. Mahtre, and my previous therapist, Dr. Wu, both know I suffer from extrogenous depression (depression due to my health, the grieving over losing my husband to death and my kids to CPS, the loss of my parents support, the loss of income), but Partnership gave my money to the Aunt who is caring for them, leaving me with nothing to take care of myself. I met with Jennifer Grant four weeks ago to go over my psychological, AND SHE SLAMMED HER PAPERS DOWN AND NOW REFUSES TO TALK TO ME.
IN THE PSYCHOLOGICAL, WHICH IS VOID NOW BECAUSE SHE ACTUALLY INCLUDED NOTES FROM MY PARENTS!! I want it ripped up. It actually states that my dead husband was in process of divorcing me when he died! THIS IS NOT TRUE AND SHOULD NOT BE ANYWHERE ON PAPER WHERE THE KIDS LATER MAY FIND; THAT IS ABUSIVE TO THEM! PARTNERSHIP HAS ABUSED MY KIDS MORE THAN I COULD EVER DREAM OF DOING MY NOT GETTING THEM HELP AND BY MAKING ME, THEIR MOM, LOOK LIKE THEIR DAD WAS DIVORCING ME. Also, in my psychological, she couldn’t find anything but NOS PERSONALITY DISORDER. DR. MAHTRE AND WU DON’T AGREE, BUT I AM GETTING THE COUNSELING FROM MAHTRE, AN EXPERT IN THIS CONDITION. ALSO IT STATED I AM NOT NOT A PHYSICAL ABUSER, but that is one little sentence in the entire psychological report. The entire psychological is void because it is contaminated from outside information!
Also, it states I must suffer from severe psychopathology because Dr. Wu had me on different medications, such as Remeron, Seroquel, and others. She failed to state that I am a non responder to medications because the depression, as stated earlier, is not internally organic. It is due to everything I am going through. WHAT IS VERY WRONG IS MY PSYCHOLOGICAL SHOWED NOTHING BUT A MADE UP AXIS II DIAGNOSIS: PERSONALITY DISORDER NOS..THAT CAN BE FOR ANYONE! JUDGE, I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT I HAVE BEEN IN COUNSELING SINCE DON DIED IN 02. MY COUNSELOR, DR. WU KNOWS THIS STORY AND WROTE A GLOWING LETTER ABOUT ME AS A PARENT. I SEE DR. MAHTRE NOW, AND HE TOO KNOWS I AM A GOOD MOTHER. YOUR PSYCHOLOGIST ERRNOEUSLY STATED SINCE I HAD TRIED SEROQUIL AND OTHER MEDICATIONS, THERE IS DEFINITELY SOME MENTAL DISEASE. SHE OBVIOUSLY DIDN’T READ THE THREE OTHER DOCTOR REPORTS I GAVE HER RE: MY MEDICATIONS. MY PSYCHIATRISTS, DR. WU AND DR. MAHTRE WORK IN CONJUNCITON WITH MY PAIN TEAM; THESE ARE MEDICATIONS THAT UNSTIMULATE NERVE ENDINGS FOR MY NERVE DISEASE FROM SEVERED SPINAL CORD AND SIX FAILED SURGERIES. THEY ARE TO HELP MY BRAIN NOT GET THE NERVE SIGNALS; BUT SHE WROTE OBVIOUSLY SOME MENTAL DISEASE. BUT SHE COULDN’T FIND ANY. I DO HAVE DEPRESSION, AND RIGHTLY SO, BUT IT IS EXTROGENOUS, DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES, NOT INTERNAL. THAT’S WHY I AM A NON RESPONDER TO MEDICATIONS TRIED ON ME. BUT YOUR PSYCHOLOGIST, IN A 2 HOUR TALK, ALLUDED AT MENTAL DISEASE BUT 8 HOURS OF TESTING FOUND NOTHING BUT DID IN FORCE THAT I DID NOT MEET PROFILE OF A CHILD ABUSER!

I AM A WOMAN WHO HAS A LOT OF PHYSICAL PROBLEMS, BUT I DEAL WITH THEM VERY WELL AND IT IS NO REASON TO TAKE MY KIDS. DID YOU EVER TEST THE AUNT? DO YOU KNOW IF SHE DRINKS? DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY BREAKDOWNS SHE HAS HAD IN HER LIFE? DO YOU KNOW SHE’S ON PROZAC? NOW, WHICH IS A BETTER HOME?

Anyone in their right mind would be anxious and upset and sad over losing their entire family over FALSE ALLEGATIONS. WHY PARNTERSHIP WILL NOT WORK ANYMORE WITH ME IS BEYOND ME. WHEN I MET WITH JENNIFER TWO WEEKS AGO, I ASKED ABOUT FAMILY THERAPY, WHICH WAS TO START WHEN THEY TOOK THE KIDS. SHE STATED THE KIDS ARENT READY! THIS IS RIDICULOUS, WHEN DID KIDS IN OUR SOCIETY GET SO POWERFUL THAT THEY CONTROL WHEN FAMLY THERAPY SHOULD START! THE KIDS ARE SUFFERING SEVERELY FROM PARENTAL ALIENATION SYNDROME, AS I HAVE MENTIONED SO MANY TIMES, AND THEY NEED SOMEONE NOT TO CODDLE THEM AS PARTNERSHIP, KATHLEEN O MALLY, AND THE AUNT DOES, BUT SOMEONE TO COMBAT THE FALSE AND DISTORTED MEMORIES. THEY BROUGHT UP STUFF IN OUR MEETING AT THE LAST VISIT THAT NO KID SHOULD KNOW, SUCH AS THAT IN COLLEGE I DRANK! NO KID SHOULD KNOW WHAT OCCURRED IN MY BEDROOM BETWEEN ME AND MY DEAD HUSBAND; NO KID SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT BRIAN (my new husband and their step-dad, whom they do like a lot) WILL NEVER BE “YOUR FATHER, BECAUSE I AM” (words from my father’s mouth before we moved).

After the last meeting with partnership last week, Jennifer got up, slammed her papers down, and stated this meeting is over because I was taking notes on our conversation. I stated to her that the psychologist who did the evaluation should not use outside information, especially from the perpetrators of this entire situation, my parents! Also, she recommended that I DO NOT GET TO SEE THE KIDS UNTIL THEY WANT TO.THIS IS GETTING INSANE!!! WHERE ARE THE REUNIFICATION EFFORTS?THERE ARE NONE BECAUSE THAT IS NOT THE REAL TRUE GOAL. I WANT THE JUDGE TO READ THIS SO HE KNOWS MY SIDE AND NOT THE TWISTED SIDE. JENNIFER GRANT NOW REFUSES TO TALK TO ME…MY OWN CASEWORKER!!

THEN MY CASEWORKER HAD THE AUDACITY TO STATE THAT VISITS SHOULD NO LONGER BE ATTEMPTED UNLESS THE KIDS ASK FOR THEM! WHAT IS GOING ON?? HOW CAN REUNIFICATION EVER HAVE BEEN A GOAL. YOU KNOW YOU MESSED UP, BUT NOW YOU ARE AFRAID OF A LAWSUIT. I WILL PURSUIT THAT COURSE IF YOU DON’T RIGHT YOUR WRONG NOW. YOU DID NOT FOLLOW PROTOCOL. THE KIDS STATED THEY WERE SUICIDAL. REALLY? THEN WHY DIDN’T YOU IMMEDIATELY GET THEM COUNSELING, NOT BY KATHLEEN O MALLEY WHO IS PAID BY YOU. SHE HAS MADE THEM WORSE. NOW THEY HAVE BEEN EMPOWERED TO NEVER SPEAK TO ME. AS A DOCTORATE IN COUNSELNG, I WOULD WANT ALL THIS INFORMATION WHEN I COUNSELED CHILDREN, BUT KATHLEEN REFUSED TO TALK TO ME! EVERY VISIT HAS BEEN TWISTED, IF I SEE THEM, IT IS WRITTEN THAT I FORCED MYSELF AND HAD AN AGENDA, AND THE TIME I LET BRIAN TALK TO THEM AND DIDN’T INVADE, YOU WROTE THAT I DIDN’T CARE. SEE, NO MATTER, WHAT, IT IS TWISTED.

SHE TOLD ME WE CANT RECEIVE COUSNELING BECAUSE the kids “ARENT READY FOR COUNSELING”…and “ARE TOO FAR AWAY FOR COUNSELING TO OCCUR.” SINCE THEN, ALL PHONE CALLS AND ATTEMPTS TO REACH CASEWORKERS HAVE GONE UNRETURNED. NOW PARTERSHIP WONT EVEN TALK TO ME.

I hope everyone can see that this entire case was mishandled and that Partnership is corrupt and have taken my kids because they “weren’t happy.” THERE WAS NO IMMINENT DANGER IN MY HOUSE. I am very sick, weigh about 95 pounds, am undergoing major extensive implant removal and jaw surgeries since 05 after I went through windshield of car, and now I am facing about 5 more surgeries..That is why I lost weight, not because of “ANOREXIA” as stated by a 12 year old who was told that by my parents. My parents need to never see my children again. The Bible states that children should obey their parents, and the man is head of the household. I am studying to become a pastor a CCM, and so is Brian, and Partnership goes against everything the Bible says. The kids now even said to me in our last meeting they don’t belive in God. THEY WERE RAISED TO BE CHRISTIAN. THIS ENTIRE CASE WAS MISHANDLED; FIRST CASEWORKER WAS “OUT OF IT” AND HARDLY SHOWED UP TO WORK AND REALLY DIDN’T GIVE A DARN AND WAS FIRED, and so I was left with nobody until after the holidays.

Partnership also says things and twists things that aren’t true. They say I go to Ohio a lot. Due to my medical condition, this is a necessity; that is where my specialists are, and I have provided my dental notes to prove this. We also have two more kids up there (brains kids) who we stay with and visit..so its not an overnight drive, how it is to Ft. Lauderdale. That drive is also so emotionally draining since the kids treat me like dirt and are allowed to do so in front of all the workers!! THEY ACTUALLY CALL ME NAMES IN FRONT OF THEIR COUNSELOR, and yet, in the visit write ups, I am the one who looks bad. I have apologized profusely for my part of this breakup, but they are also teen rebellious rich spoiled kids who need to learn that you don’t disown your own mother because you had chores to do and I yelled at them. I am also requesting a visit with the kids at the halfway point as the previous judge recommended. I also want the kids to get intense counseling. I am doing my treatment plan, my urines are clean and I attend my counseling and follow his advice and follow his treatment plan. I am doing everything on my treatment plan, plus I have attended three classes now on my own through my church on LEADERSHIP, FAMILY THERAPY USING CHRIST AS THE FATHER OF THE FAMILY, AND A BUILDERS CLASS (A CLASS TO BUILD YOURSELF TO BE A BETTER PERSON). I showed these to the psychologists and to the caseworkers, but nobody wants to see them. They are intense classes I have gone through now for over 13 weeks, and I am attending another one from August through December to become a licensed Pastor. I am unable to work due to my health but also my fingerpiritns for the false arrest in Ohio for domestic violence. My career is in FAMILY PRESEVATION AND COUSNELNG, so the arrest makes it difficult if not impossible to get a job, especially here in Lake City.

This corruption needs to go public; I feel that is why they don’t let outsiders provide therapy to the kids. The kids are so empowered now that they call all the shots, and Partnership wants them to tell the judge how much they hate me and how abusive I was. Normal parenting glitches are way blown up to the point that they have no memories of all the times I sat through hundreds and hundreds of their games; the house I bought for them; the zillion times we went to the beach, the dances I chaperoned; I was even a coach for my daughter. They don’t remember any of that. This is a sad thing to do to children; to teach them its okay to hate and not see your own mom and stepdad. Partnership is encouraging this and has not set up visits and when they do, it takes about a month and then the visit is monitored so closely that the kids just spout off all the times I abused them. We will never work through these problems that they have inside themselves until they get help and we get help as a family. The Aunt is encouraging this too. I write, call a lot, leave messages, but the kids don’t respond or even talk to me. Now, if I were the Aunt, I would say, “You guys gotta talk to your mom!” I didn’t even get a mothers day card. Again, I place part of that on the aunt, but she enjoys the 5400 a month. Believe me, judge, the money has a lot to do with it. I don’t think her husband would put up with them in his house without this money. She has two new Mercedez now, and the kids go to PRIVATE SCHOOLS!! I, meantime, need money for surgeries that aren’t covered by insurance and I am slowly but surely losing more weight due to the pain and suffering in my mouth. I am weak and frail, but I will fight for these kids. This is where they belong, not in Ft. Lauderdale isolated with their Aunt and getting everything and not having to face their issues and not talking to me. But, she coddles them too. This is contraindicative of what they need. They need someone to tell them that ITS NOT OKAY TO TREAT YOUR MOTHER LIKE THIS, THE WOMAN WHO GAVE THEM LIFE, THE WOMAN WHO LOST HER CAREER DUE TO THEIR FALSE ALLEGATIONS, THE WOMAN WHO STILL LOVES THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE BEING SO COLD AND HARD. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO UNTIL SOMEONE TELLS THEM THAT THIS IS NOT HOW THE WORLD WORKS. THEY SUFFER FROM PARENTAL ALIENATION SYNDROME, WHICH CAN LEAD TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE (GUARNATEE THAT WILL HAPPEN TO AT LEAST TWO OF THEM WITH MY FAMILY'S HISTORY AND WHERE THEY ARE PLACED, UNWANTED PREGANCIES BECAUSE THE GIRLS WILL FEEL THEY NEED TO BE LOVED SINCE YOU ARE AMPUTATING MY RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM, AND EVEN GUILT FEELING LATER IN LIFE SO SEVERE THAT DOES IN CASES, LEAD TO SUICIDE. YOU ARE FORCING MY KIDS TO TESTIFY AGAINST ME. THIS IS INSANE.

IN ALL REALITY THOUGH, THESE KIDS BELONG HOME. YOU KNOW THAT BRIAN AND I ARE STUDYING TO BE IN THE MINISTRY AND SHOULD HAVE OUR LICENSE BY THE END OF THE YEAR. OUR CHURCH, CHRIST CENTRAL MINISTRIES, IS EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE. SO WE HAVE LOTS OF SUPPORT, AND I WILL FIND THEM THERAPY. THEY SHOULD BE PLACED IN MY HOME WE WILL GET MONITORS IF NEEDED. THERE IS NO ABUSE HERE, JUST PARENTING. THE KIDS NEED TO BE INTENSIVE THERAPY FOR PAS WHICH I WILL GET FOR THEM.

THEY WILL BE ALL ALONE IN THIS WORLD IF YOU TAKE AWAY THEM FROM US. PARTNERSHIP HAS VIOLATED SEVERAL STATE AND CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS AND YO U TOOK THE KIDS WITHOUT ANY FACTS, JUST THIRD PARTY LETTERS AND MY KIDS STATING THINGS THAT AREN”T TRUE, AND IF SO, THEN WHY DIDN’T YOU GET THEM IMMEDIATE HELP? I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT A PATSY PAID BY THE STATE, I AM TALKING ABOUT AN INTENSIVE THERAPISTS TRAINED IN PAS, PARENTAL ALIENTATION SYNDROME. IF YOU CLAIM THEY ARE NOT PAS, THEN WHY THE HATRED, THE HANG UPS, ETC. GET THEM HELP, IT CANT HURT. I GUARANTEE YOU THIS IS WHAT THEY HAVE. I HAVE ENCLOSED INFORMATION AGAIN FOR YOU RE: PAS. IT IS A DEVASTATING DISORDER AND INSTEAD OF THEM GROWING UP TO THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL, THEY WILL BE FOUR MISERABLE, ABUSIVE ADULTS WHO JUST THROW PEOPLE AWAY WHEN TIMES GET TOUGH. THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TAUGHT THEM. IN OHIO, THE POLICE AND CPS STATED, YOU NEED TO DO WHAT YOUR MOM SAYS, THEN SHE WILL REWARD YOU. INSTEAD YOU SAID, “KIDS YOU NEVER HAE TO TALK TO YOUR MOM, YOU POOR ABUSED CHILDREN.” YOU HAVE ENABLED THEIR VERY DISRESPECTUFL BEHAVIOR AND THEY HAVE USED THE SYSTEM TO GET THEIR “FREEDOM” AS THEY STATED TO ME AT THE LAST VISIT. THEY ACTUALLY SAID, “WE WANT OUR FREEDOM.” THIS IS THE LAST THING A 12 YEAR OLD NEEDS. PLEASE REVIEW THIS CASE THOROUGHLY AND YOU AND I BOTH KNOW THAT JACKIE SCOTT WAS OUT OF LINE WHEN SHE LET THEM STAY AT HER HOUSE THAT NIGHT AND DIDN’T INTERVIEW ME. I ALSO WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY MY KIDS ARE GENERATING FROM THE STATE? I KNOW THEY GET CLOSE TO 5500 DOLLARS FROM SS. I ALSO WANT THAT SPLIT UP HOW IT SHOULD BE, MY PORTION THAT”S MIXED WITH THEIRS NEEDS TO BE RETURNED TO ME. I WENT TO SS OFFICE, AND THEY SAID WHEN DON DIED I ROLLED MY DISABILITY SOMEWHAT INTO THEIR PAYMENTS. WE NEVER EXPECTED THEM TO BE TAKEN. MY PARENTS DID HAVE A PLAN, BUT THEY DIDN’T START CALLING UNTIL AFTER WE ANNOUNCED WE ARE MOVING. CAN’T YOU SEE THROUGH THIS??SO THERE ARE SEVERAL THINGS I NEED: ALL MY CASE NOTES, THE KIDS NEED TO BE RETURNED TO ME WITH MONITORS, INTENSIVE THERAPY FOR MY KIDS FOR PAS, AND IF THEY ARENT RETURNED, I WANT THEM MOVED CLOSER SO WE CAN WORK ON REUNIFICATION AND FAMILY THERAPY. THE KIDS WILL NEVER BE READY, THAT”S WHY ITS APPARENT THEY ARE SUFFERING FROM A DEBILITATING MENTAL DISORDER CAUSED BY YOU. THEY WOULD HAVE ADJUSTED HERE. WE WERE ONLY HERE FOR 14 DAYS. GIVE THEM BACK TO ME WHERE THEY BELONG.
